Dr. Modjeski is a 2019 graduate of Washington State University and is thrilled to practice medicine at Diamond Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Modjeski grew up locally in northern Snohomish County, and she and her family have been taking their pets to Diamond for over 14 years. From a young age, Dr. Modjeski knew she wanted to be a veterinarian, and her first job was at the Marysville Petting Zoo in Jennings Park. She completed a B.S. in Biology at the University of Washington and received a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Rochester in upstate New York. Dr. Modjeski is very interested in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and feline medicine. A lifelong cat person, her furry feline companions include Henry, a cantaloupe aficionado, Rosalind, a sweet calico, and Parker, an adorable polydactyl. Dr. Modjeski is relieved to be back in Western Washington among the evergreen trees and moss that she missed on her hiking adventures elsewhere. She hopes to continue the excellent care and compassion that Diamond is known for and is eager to work with clients to provide the best care possible for their furry companions.
