Thank you for completing the Urgent Care form at Diamond Veterinary Hospital. If you have not heard from one of our veterinary nurses in the next 20 minutes, or if your pet’s status changes, please call us at 425-252-1106.

Patients will be seen by a veterinarian in order of medical priority, then in order of arrival.

Level 1: Patients must be treated within seconds to minutes. This includes:

  • Collapse, active seizures, non-responsiveness

  • Poisoning and severe allergic reactions

  • Respiratory distress / labored breathing

  • Excessive blood loss

Level 2: Patients must be treated within minutes to hours. This includes:

  • Uncontrolled vomiting and diarrhea

  • Inability to pass urine

  • Major trauma

Level 3: Patients must be treated within hours. This includes:

  • Lacerations

  • Fever

  • Vomiting and diarrhea

  • Anorexia / not eating

  • Eye abnormalities

Level 4: Patients are stable but require evaluation. This includes:

  • Skin problems

  • Limping / lameness

  • Other symptoms that are not potentially life-threatening
