She graduated with departmental honors from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Zoology and a minor in Spanish. She then attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine to obtain her doctorate. She has a variety of passions within the veterinary field including internal medicine, behavior, and preventative medicine. Additionally, she is certified in Fear Free Handling, giving her the additional knowledge to provide the best experience possible for you and your animal. She moved to Seattle with her partner, Andrew; their dog, Evie; and their 20-year-old snake, Mr. Snake. Outside of the office, She enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking. However, you can usually find her curled up with a good book, cuddling with her dog, and surrounded by her large collection of plants.
