Shawnae has been a licensed Veterinary Technician since 2022 but has been a veterinary assistant since 2014. She has always had a passion for animals growing up with cats, dogs, horses, chickens, and fish. Shawnae originally became a cosmetologist out of high school quickly realizing this wasn't her passion, animals were.  Shawnae's favorite animals are Cats and Hippos.  She has 3 cat children, 2 human children and a husband.
